Intimation of change.—Every operator of an early warning system shall intimate to the Relief Commissioner, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Relief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
