Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a sewage treatment plant shall apply to the Canal Officer in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Canal Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
