Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a restaurant shall intimate to the Designated Officer, in Form C and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
