Application for registration.—Every insurance intermediary carrying on the business of an insurance intermediary shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-3, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
