Application for registration.—Every online dispute resolution platform carrying on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the Council in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
