Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of drugs who ceases to carry on the import of drugs shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Medical Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20-B of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
