Application for registration.—Every importer of drugs carrying on the import of drugs shall make an application for registration to the National Medical Commission in Form 28, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
