Application for registration.—Every hawker of food carrying on the hawking of food shall make an application for registration to the Designated Officer in Form A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every stock of foodgrains held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
