Surrender of certificate.—Every inquiry officer who ceases to carry on the conduct of inquiries shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every disclosure held by him has been disposed of.
