Clause 2, Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Street Control) Order, 2023 [SED-2ZX]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1963 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963); (b) "keeper of animals within the municipal limits" means a person carrying on the keeping of animals; (c) "register of properties" means a register of properties received, held or disposed of by a keeper of animals within the municipal limits in the course of the keeping of animals; (d) "Form F" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
