Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Registrar of Companies in the custody of the Registrar of Firms, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Registrar of Companies; and where the Registrar of Firms having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form INC-1 within seven days of the succession.
