Authorised agent.—Any limited liability partnership may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies in Form AOC-4 the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and twenty days of the revocation.
