Report to the Government.—The Registrar of Companies shall prepare, within sixty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of limited liability partnerships whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within one hundred and eighty days of its preparation.
