Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "limited liability partnership" means a person carrying on the business of a limited liability partnership; (c) "statement of affairs" means a statement of affairs received, held or disposed of by a limited liability partnership in the course of the business of a limited liability partnership; (d) "Form INC-22" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
