Intimation of change.—Every sports agent shall intimate to the Government of Telangana, in Form H and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Telangana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
