Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of drugs who ceases to carry on the import of drugs shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Medical Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
