Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the clearing and forwarding agent shall apply to the Controller in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
