Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any mutawalli dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Waqf Tribunal in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every trust then held; and the Waqf Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
