Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the curator of a museum shall apply to the Museum Board in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Museum Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
