Intimation of change.—Every toll plaza operator shall intimate to the State Transport Authority, in Form 38 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
