Application for registration.—Every owner of a contract carriage carrying on the plying of a contract carriage shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form 38, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every driving licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
