Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in antiquities who ceases to carry on dealing in antiquities shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every guest register held by him has been disposed of.
