Intimation of change.—Every dealer in antiquities shall intimate to the Director of Tourism, in Form V and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Tourism shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
