Surrender of certificate.—Every digital locker service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of digital locker services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Certifying Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every data breach report held by him has been disposed of.
