Safe custody.—Every digital locker service provider shall keep every personal data to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of digital locker services is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every personal data so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Certifying Authority within three days of the close of each year.
