Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the digital locker service provider shall apply to the Certifying Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Certifying Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
