Application for registration.—Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application for registration to the Market Committee in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
