Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-operative society shall apply to the Market Committee in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Market Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
