Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any collector of biological resources dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Biodiversity Authority in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of effluent then held; and the Biodiversity Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
