Application for registration.—Every scrapping facility carrying on the scrapping of motor vehicles shall make an application for registration to the Regional Transport Authority in Form 38, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every insurance certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
