Application for registration.—Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form 5, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every patta held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
