Intimation of change.—Every auctioneer shall intimate to the Registrar of Firms, in Form C and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Firms shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
