Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any public authority dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every inquiry report then held; and the Central Vigilance Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
