Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the party to an arbitration agreement shall apply to the Government of Punjab in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Government of Punjab shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
