Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any money changer dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Haryana in Form FC-4, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every bond then held; and the Government of Haryana shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
