Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the nursery grower shall apply to the Government of Odisha in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Odisha shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
