Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a children's home shall apply to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
