Application for registration.—Every water user association carrying on the management of an irrigation system by a water user association shall make an application for registration to the Dam Safety Authority in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every source of water held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
