Safe custody.—Every keeper of an old age home shall keep every adoption order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of an old age home is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every adoption order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Marriages within seven days of the close of each year.
