Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Registrar of Marriages by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Registrar of Marriages shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
