Application for registration.—Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Marriages in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
