Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an old age home who ceases to carry on the running of an old age home shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Marriages in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
