Application for registration.—Every operator of a testing station carrying on the testing of motor vehicles for fitness shall make an application for registration to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every insurance certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
