Intimation of change.—Every producer company shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form MGT-7 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
