Application for registration.—Every producer company carrying on the business of a producer company shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form INC-1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every minutes book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
