Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the producer company shall apply to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form CHG-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
