Regulation 17, National Medical Commission (Inspection of Blood banks) Regulations, 2021 [SEA-6K8]

Report to the Government.—The Licensing Authority shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these regulations during that year, of the number of blood banks whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within ninety days of its preparation.
