Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Licensing Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 29; and the Licensing Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ninety days of its receipt.
