Maintenance of premises.—Every blood bank shall keep the premises where the running of a blood bank is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every drug kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a blood bank, and shall furnish to the Licensing Authority in Form 28, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
