Production of records.—Every blood bank shall, on request by the Health Officer, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the running of a blood bank is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any medical device not held at those premises.
